Last month we made a trip to the Big Apple, New York City for the roll-out of Pacifique Absinthe and Voyager Gin. While there we visited three premiere NYC liquor stores that are now carrying our gin and absinthe. We were well received by these fine establishments and wanted to update our friends of the availability of our spirits by these folks. Also, we visited Pigalle, a fabulous French restaurant in the Theatre district. We had an opportunity to visit with Thibault, the restaurant's manager. Thibaud made our visit to Pigalle a truly special event. Pigalle was like a little bit of Paris in the heart of NYC. If you happen to be in NYC, we encourage you visit Pigalle and sip a glass of Pacifique.

I enjoyes a fabulous PICASSO Cocktail earlier this evening, a concoction of gin, Pacific distillery's absinithe, Lillet blanc, and a smidge of triple sec. Now that takes me to the cafe's of Paris...........
Haven't found a place to distribute in Los Angeles I guess? I would love to be able to buy the gin here in LA. A friend served some up to me in NY and I fell in love. Please. By all means.......
