Welcome to the blog for Pacific Distillery LLC. We are in the process of opening our micro-distillery in Woodinville, Washington. We plan on making premium gin along with our flagship product, absinthe. We are currently in the process of working out the details of our lease and beginning the process of ordering our "major equipment" per the requirements of the US Government's Alcohol, Tobacco & Tax Trade Bureau.
